01 / About

The person behind
the questions.

Over 20 years exploring ultrasound and its biomedical applications.

I have worked as a researcher at the Instituto Nacional de Rehabilitación since 2014. My work focuses on ultrasound applications in neurology and ophthalmology, material and tissue characterization, and biomedical device development.

I trained in bioelectronics at CINVESTAV and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Riverside, studying cranial implants for ultrasound and laser applications. I also teach finite element modeling at the master’s and doctoral levels.
